To use Powerball Games, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (the legal gambling age in New Zealand)
• Be a resident of New Zealand with a valid NZ address
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be excluded from gambling by self-exclusion or court order
• Not be an employee, officer, or director of Powerball Games or their immediate family members
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

We reserve the right to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. Failure to provide verification documents may result in account suspension or termination.

2.1 Account Creation: To play Powerball Games, you must register for an account using accurate and complete information. Each person may only register one account.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.3 Verification: We require verification documents including but not limited to government-issued ID and proof of address. Unverified accounts may have restricted functionality.

2.4 Prohibited Activities: You may not:

• Register multiple accounts
• Use another person's account or identity
• Use automated systems or bots to access our services
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with game outcomes
• Share account access with minors

3.1 Powerball Strike: Players select 6 main numbers (1-40) and 1 Powerball number (1-10). Draws occur every Wednesday and Saturday at 7:30 PM NZT. Tickets must be purchased before 7:25 PM on draw days.

3.2 Instant Kiwi: Instant win game where prizes are revealed by scratching virtual tickets. Results are immediate upon ticket activation.

3.3 Keno: Players select 2-10 numbers from 1-80. Draws occur every 3.5 minutes, 24/7. Prizes determined by numbers matched.

3.4 Bullseye: Players predict the outcome of various sports and events. Specific rules available on each event page.

3.5 Game Integrity: All draws are conducted using certified random number generators and are independently audited. Results are final and binding.

4.1 Purchase Methods: Tickets can be purchased using available account balance funded through approved payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and POLi payments.

4.2 Ticket Validation: Tickets are only valid if purchased through our official platform. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through third parties.

4.3 No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds are provided except as required by law or in cases of proven technical errors on our part.

4.4 Ticket Storage: Purchased tickets are stored electronically in your account. It is your responsibility to check winning numbers and claim prizes.

4.5 Minimum Age: You confirm that you are at least 18 years old with each ticket purchase.

5.1 Prize Distribution: Small prizes (under $1,000) are automatically credited to your account. Medium prizes ($1,000-$20,000) require verification. Major prizes (over $20,000) require in-person claim procedures.

5.2 Claim Period: Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period are forfeited.

5.3 Tax Status: Lottery winnings are tax-free in New Zealand for residents.

5.4 Prize Disputes: Any disputes regarding prizes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the draw. Our decision regarding prize allocation is final.

5.5 Anonymity: Winners may choose to remain anonymous, though we reserve the right to publish first names and locations for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

7.1 Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7.2 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have deposited in the last 30 days.

7.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.4 No Warranty: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.5 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

10.2 Regulatory Compliance: We operate under license from the New Zealand Department of Internal Affairs and comply with all relevant gambling regulations.

10.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

10.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Powerball Games regarding our services.
